2016 was the first year we raised our own Pork at the Smokin’ F, and thus, the first time there was a need to cure our own bacon.  Since that first run, we’ve cured and smoked hundreds of pounds for local pig farmers, with rave reviews.  For $5/lb, we can make your own farm-raised pork belly into quality bacon.  For $10/lb, we’ll share some of ours.
