We are so excited to open the Feedlot back up for private Christmas parties this year! We’ll have the barn decorated for the Holidays with photo ops and a warm fire. We do all the work, so you focus on enjoying time with your friends, family, coworkers or team.
We have lunch and evening availability. To reserve your date, please email brooke@thesmokinf.com.
Catering includes setting up, maintaining and cleaning up a self-serve buffet table for your event!
Rules:
- No outside food or drinks (except specialty cakes or desserts).
- No glitter, hay, confetti or similar.
- No moving tables without assistance.
- Gates will open promptly at the start of your rental time. No one is allowed in before that time. And everyone must be out by the end. This includes entertainment, vendors, etc.
- No amplified music after 9pm.
- Everything brought in must be taken out. No decorations or large boxes, etc. left behind.
- All trash must be in trash cans.
- Alcohol is permitted, but Smokin F reserves the right to shut down any event deemed out of control by staff.
- A fully refundable $200 security deposit is due upon booking and will be refunded within 2 weeks as long as no excessive damage or mess is made.
